Gym Owner Terms & Conditions

• You must provide accurate gym and owner details and be authorised to act for the gym.
• Submitting an application does not create a Gymnion account or guarantee approval. Gymnion reviews applications before setting up access.
• After approval, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your admin account.

• Eligible new gyms receive a 7-day free trial. A valid referral may extend this to 14 days as shown during application.
• The trial does not automatically charge you. A paid plan must be purchased to continue using paid admin features after the trial.
• Plan names, features, prices, taxes, billing periods and any multi-month offer are the ones shown in Gymnion when you purchase. Subscription payments are processed by the payment provider.
• Cancellation and refund eligibility is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• You are responsible for your gym's facilities, staff, training, safety, licences, registrations, taxes and the services you provide to members.
• You decide your member plans, fees, membership rules and refund decisions. Gymnion is not a party to the agreement between your gym and its members.
• You must have an appropriate legal basis and any required consent before adding or using member personal information, photos, attendance records or payment details.
• You must display attendance or payment QR codes only for their intended purpose and must not falsify, share or misuse attendance records.

• To collect online member fees, your gym must connect and maintain its own eligible payment-provider account. Provider onboarding, verification, settlement and charges are governed by that provider's terms.
• Member payments are processed to the gym's connected account. Gymnion does not hold those member fees or decide member refunds.
• Gymnion may rely on third-party services for payments, email, backups and hosting. Their availability and terms are outside Gymnion's control.

• Use Gymnion only for lawful gym-management purposes. Do not attempt to access another gym's data, interfere with the service, or use it for fraud or unlawful activity.
• Your gym remains responsible for its member data and for responding to member requests. Gymnion processes that data to provide the service as explained in the Privacy Policy.
• You may export your records using the available tools. Keep your own copies of important business records.

Gymnion works to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may restrict or suspend access for non-payment, misuse, security risks or breach of these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app; continued use after they take effect means you accept them.

These owner-specific terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be addressed amicably and otherwise handled by the competent courts in India.
