Terms & Conditions

Gymnion is operated from India by Suryakant ("Gymnion", "we", "us"). Gymnion provides software only. We do not own, run or supervise any gym, and we are not responsible for training, equipment, facilities or the safety of any gym premises.

• Gym Admin (gym owner): subscribes to Gymnion to manage their gym, members, fee plans, QR attendance and member payments. Read the Gym Owner Terms.
• Member: added by or joins a gym using its gym code; can check in/out, view plans and pay fees to their gym. Read the Gym Member Terms.
• Platform Admin: Gymnion's own team, which manages gyms, platform plans and billing.

You must be at least 18 years old, or use Gymnion with the consent of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

• You are the data controller for your members' information and must have their consent to add their name, phone, email, date of birth, address and photo to Gymnion.
• You set your own membership fees, plans and refund rules for members. Gymnion is not a party to the contract between you and your members.
• You must hold any licences, registrations and GST obligations required to run your gym and collect fees.
• You must display the gym QR code only at your premises and not misuse attendance records.

• New gyms may receive a one-time 7-day free trial. One trial per gym/owner; duplicate accounts created to repeat the trial may be suspended.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid plan (for example, Pro at $75/month). Prices shown are in US dollars and may be exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions are paid in advance for each month through Razorpay. Paying early adds a month to your current end date.
• If your subscription expires, admin features are locked until renewal. Your data is kept as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may change prices with at least 15 days' notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Member fees are processed by Razorpay directly into the gym's own connected Razorpay account. Gymnion does not hold, receive or settle member fees. Any dispute about a member fee, refund or plan must be raised with the gym. Razorpay's own terms apply to every transaction.

You agree not to:

• Fake attendance, share QR codes to mark check-ins without being present, or manipulate records.
• Upload unlawful, abusive or someone else's personal data without permission.
• Attempt to access another gym's data, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload the platform.
• Use Gymnion for fraud, money laundering or any activity illegal in India.

Gymnion relies on trusted providers, including Razorpay (payments), Google (Sheets backup and email), and secure cloud hosting. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not liable for their outages or errors.

The Gymnion name, logo, design and software belong to us. Gyms keep ownership of their own data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that data only to provide the service.

We work to keep Gymnion available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is". Short interruptions for maintenance, network issues or third-party outages may occur. Gym admins should keep their own exports of important records (attendance can be exported to Excel and Google Sheets).

To the extent permitted by law, Gymnion is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, injuries at a gym, or disputes between gyms and members. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You may stop using Gymnion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, fail to pay, or put other users at risk, with notice where reasonably possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved amicably, and otherwise fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
