Gym Member Terms & Conditions

• Sign up using your own details and the correct gym code from your gym.
• Keep your password private and tell your gym admin if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's consent to use the service.

• Check in or out only when you are actually at your gym. Do not share or fake QR attendance scans.
• Your membership, fees, plan benefits, gym rules and cancellation terms are agreed between you and your gym.
• Contact your gym admin about your membership, attendance corrections or gym services.

• Gym fees are paid to your gym through its payment provider. Gymnion does not receive or hold those fees.
• Gymnion is not responsible for member fee refunds or cancellations. For a refund, cancellation or fee dispute, contact your gym admin.

Your gym and Gymnion process information such as your name, email, phone, date of birth, address, optional photo, attendance and payment records to provide the service. Your profile is visible to your gym's admin and not to other gyms. See the Privacy Policy for collection, use, retention and your rights.

Do not misuse attendance or payment features, upload information you are not allowed to share, attempt to access another gym's data, or use Gymnion for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when needed to protect users or the service.
